We are a general contracting firm on a track of solid growth in this down market and seeking a candidate with excellent project management skills, highly productive, passionate about their work, positive demeanor, and have the potential to grow with the company.

Projects include public works, commercial tenant improvements & ground up (value $200K - $8M); including colleges, universities, medical, hospital, office, and laboratories.

Position Requirements:

-        A proven record of project management with institutional clients who require formal and professional documentation, correspondence and scheduling.

-        Candidate must have a good understanding of costs/value and a desire to be highly competitive.

-        Minimum of seven (7) years project management experience is required;  four (4) of those years may be as a Project Engineer.  Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

-        Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, writing, and computer skills are required. 

-        Good technical building knowledge of MEP’s and structures.
