Today, R. E. Lee & Son is a full service commercial contractor. We obtain the majority of our projects through negotiation with private and institutional clients. We service our clients by providing high quality pre-construction and construction services. Our building resumé includes new construction and renovation of commercial, educational, mixed use and specialty facilities.. Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Vice President of R. E. Lee & Son, the Project Manager is the team

leader on each project and has total accountability for the project’s success. The Project Manager plans, directs and coordinates construction activities for several simultaneous construction projects.  The Project Manager will deliver the highest quality product, on time and within budget.  The Project Manager establishes and maintains a positive relationship and lines of communication with the Owner and Design Professionals, ensuring a positive customer experience on every project.  The Project Manager works in conjunction with the Superintendents, Subcontractors, Vendors, and will insure that all project information is properly communicated in a timely manner. The Project Manager embodies the R. E. Lee & Son Mission, Vision & Values and adheres to the parent company’s Standards of Communication & Teamwork.
