THE CLIENT: One of our clients is a construction management company, who operate in 15 Midwestern and Southeastern states and has turned a profit every year for the past 15 years. This successful company, who specializes in multi-family residential construction, has won numerous awards for their renovation and restoration projects and is uniquely positioned for explosive growth over the upcoming decade. This is a mid-size organization that enjoys a widespread reputation for quality, innovation and value.
THE POSITION: Our client is seeking an Indianapolis-based Project Manager / Estimator who will serve as the primary driver for multi-family construction projects, with an emphasis on exterior renovations and restorations. This person will have ultimate responsibility for all facets of the project, dealing with owners, architects, vendors, suppliers, customers, contractors, and superintendents. This position has a generous base salary, a lucrative bonus plan and a comprehensive benefit package.
THE QUALIFICATIONS: Our client seeks a construction management professional with a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of multi-family project management and estimating experience. Experience with exterior building products is highly preferred. This person must be able to effectively use Microsoft Excel and other scheduling software.
