Description:
Seeking
an Project Manager with a background in IT / IS / MIS Infrastructure to join
our IT team to support our software development projects with clients, corporate
system's installations, code upgrades, configurations, monitoring,
troubleshooting, performance tuning and analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Oversee design
and implementation for Service and Support CRM functions for comprehensive
customer facing e commerce solutions; - Oversee the
introduction of new data architecture and integration technology solutions into
the operations environment by setting the standards and governance process. Analyze,
troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues as well as data issues on databases,
servers, and business applications - Develop
technology solutions based upon the existing corporate standards and
architecture;- Act as
technical interface with businesses, functions, end-users, and solution
providers to ensure processes and tools are in place to support the
environment, and meet business needs - Ensure appropriate
implementation of technology within both the development and production
environments. - Analyze service
technology and service architecture; - Meet with
project team members to ascertain details of the project activities (testing,
training, documentation preparation, go-live activities, data migration
activities, etc.); - Prepare a
detailed system's reports which defines current readiness of system based on
their requirements, tasks to be completed and deficiencies that need to be
addressed to achieve system integrity; - Gather
length-of-effort estimates from the vendor development team; - Develop new
project plans based on the system analysis and project requirements with
detailed timelines and required personnel; - Identify, troubleshoot
and resolve problems with the build and deploy process; - Perform
post-implementation validation; - Gather input on
improving the build and migration process and tools; - Facilitate or
participate within the process of troubleshooting and resolving technical
issues; - Monitor
application environment and make recommendation in improving application
performance. - Assist manager
and other colleagues with special project and assignments.
