PROPERTY MANAGER
Great opportunity to join a growing company as the Property Manager in Houston County. Full time salary with benefits.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
-Responsible for daily operations of community
-Responsible for managing leasing and maintenance staff
-Responsible for meeting occupancy goals and retention of existing residents
-Responsible for weekly/monthly reporting to corporate office
-Responsible for managing the budget
-Responsible for receivables (collecting and posting of payments)
-Responsible for marketing community
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ Years Property Management Experience
Must be Career Minded, Dependable, Outgoing, Results Driven, Highly Motivated, Organized, Multi-Task Oriented, and have Great Time Management and Customer Service Skills.
