The PSG Sales Center Operations Compliance and Controls Program Manager plays a critical role in the building of a well-respected, highly ethical Sales Center environment in our New Mexico PSG Sales Center.  As our business compliance and controls lead, you will be responsible for the development of our Sales Center compliance and controls strategy.  You will be accountable for effective management of critical control processes, internal audits that ensure consistent compliance, audit-related communications to internal audiences and external stakeholders, and records maintenance and reporting that ensure our PSG Sales Center is operating at the highest levels of integrity and in strict compliance with Standards of Business Conduct and Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines.  Working closely with your Finance and SPO organization counterparts, and other key stakeholders in the compliance and controls ecosystem, the PSG Sales Center Business Compliance and Controls Program Manager will function as the SME (subject matter expert) for all PSG Sales Center business compliance and control issues, and will maintain clear role and responsibility delineation between key participants in the compliance and controls process.
 
As the PSG Sales Center business compliance and controls lead, you will be responsible for the development of our Sales Center compliance and controls Strategy.  You will be accountable for effective management of critical control processes, internal audits that ensure consistent compliance, audit-related communications to internal audiences and external stakeholders, and records maintenance and reporting that ensure our PSG Sales Center is operating at the highest levels of integrity and in strict compliance with SBC guidelines.  Working closely with your Finance, Americas Volume Direct Operations, SPO organization counterparts, and other key stakeholders in the compliance and controls ecosystem, the PSG Sales Center Business Compliance and Controls Program Manager will function as the SME (subject matter expert) for all PSG Sales Center business compliance and control issues, and will maintain clear role and responsibility delineation between key participants in the compliance and controls process.
 

Responsible for conducting or participating in multi-disciplinary process quality improvement/reengineering, redesign of processes for implementation of quality processes in every area of the company: engineering, manufacturing, service, administration, etc. Develops and leads the Process Improvement Teams (PIT's) chartered to identify and resolve deficiencies in HP's business processes. Serves as the internal consultant of the business or functional area Quality Leadership Team to coach and provide direction in order to achieve desired business results. Counsels assigned business (es) regarding implementation of Quality improvement strategies, measurement, and training. Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.


Education and Experience Required:
 
Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Masters degree preferred. Eight plus years minimum related experience with three plus years sales leadership/supervisory and/or business controls experience experience.
 
Critical Competencies to Drive Business Results:
 
Documented experience with business process development, management and inspection
Documented experience with project management involving cross-functional groups
Working familiarity with sales reporting systems and data warehouses
Strong understanding of sales processes and the systems that support Volume sales
Self-motivated and well-organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
