PSS Security Delivery Manager-SIEM
Job description
The Delivery Manager (DM) provides people management, solution design and delivery execution and oversight for ITS Data Security and Physical Security practitioners.
People management responsibilities include implementation of programs such as IDP, PBC, Compensation, Hiring, etc, as well as resource deployment and labor optimization. The Delivery Manager is a utilized role responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, business growth, business controls and technical leadership. Knowledge of Security SPL service products, consulting methodologies and associated products is key. IBM Professional certification is a plus.
This role provides management consulting to client IT and Business Executives who are responsible for managing and delivering IT related services to their end user community or external customers. They define the business drivers and associated IT capabilities and services that are required, develop the IT capabilities and implement the IT business management systems required to maintain IT value and service delivery.
75% Travel is required. GTS and Management experience is a plus

Required
- At least 5 years experience in IT Security Operations
- At least 2 years experience in IT Security Operations-Management experience
- At least 5 years experience in Leading Projects and Managing Resources
- At least 5 years experience in SIEM Technology (Q1, RSA, or ArcSight)
- Certified in CISSP or Equivalent Certification
- Readiness to travel 75% travel annually
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- At least 10 years experience in IT Security Operations
- At least 5 years experience in IT Security Operations-Management experience
- Certified in PMP
- Certified in CISSP and CISA
