Raytel Imaging Network is seeking a data entry specialist to input patient data for imaging services at participating providers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Data entry of patient information
• Assist the scheduling department as necessary by scheduling patients for imaging appts at participating providers
• Assorted office duties: medical records filing, faxing, billing, etc.

To be considered for this position you MUST HAVE:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Data Entry Experience
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong typing skills, AS400 a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven work ethic
• Bilingual Spanish a BIG PLUS!

Monday-Friday 1^st shift schedule

Must be able to work between the hours of 8am and 5pm

16-20 hours per week leading to FT
