What we offer

Job Summary\:   This position is responsible for packaging products to meet customer specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities\:
Utilize fill-to-weight machines for packaging
Connect, disconnect and move 3” hoses to mixing kettles, storage tanks and filter rig
Prioritize work according to Henkel shipping schedule
Operate forklift
Remove/change filter bags and clean scalpers
Gather required packaging listed on draw sheet
Print Labels for packaged material
Complete draw sheets and housekeeping paperwork
Operate various pumps and move 2” hose between containers (drums, totes, pails)
Put lids on various types of drums and totes
Sample products for QC testing
Repack materials into various containers
Housekeeping duties, including operate pressure washer, sweep floors, operate floor scrubber and trash removal
Other duties as assigned by supervision


Who we are looking for


Minimum Qualifications\:


  • Education

     — pass Henkel’s basic skills assessments; high school diploma or GED

  • Experience

     – manufacturing experience and forklift experience

  • Special skills

     — N/A

  • Certifications and licenses

     — N/A



Physical Requirements\:

  • Must be able to lift 55 lbs.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time

  • Must be able to pass forklift certification and operate the forklift on a daily basis
