A very reputable General Contractor that has been in business for many years is currently seeking an experienced Paint Estimator with experience in large and medium sized commercial properties.  This company believes in creating a team environment.


 


 The applicant needed for this position must possess hard-bid and conceptual estimating skills with an emphasis on negotiated work.  The understanding of estimating software such as MC2 or Timberline would be a preference. These projects will be mostly ground-up new construction. This position requires an experience with a general contractor estimating commercial projects in the $5-50+ million dollar size range.
