We are a highly respected company looking to hire a PAINT ESTIMATOR immediately:
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate proposals and bid documents to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate
* Oversee the contractual information in order to determine a set scope of work
* Prepare the work item quantities
* Manage comparison reports
* Interact with project executives and subcontractors to review, as well as project the schedule analysis
* Oversee the entire design phase process
* Control and maintain the estimate documents, bid documents, etc.
Requirements:
* Qualified applicants must have atleast 5 years of estimating experience
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
* Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or Engineering is highly preferred
* Excellent time management skills
* Computer software knowledge
