The Parachute Rigging Technician ensures that assembly, rigging, inspection, packing, vacuum sealing, and final closing of parachute systems conforms to all ISO, safety, and government regulatory requirements.
1. Understands and supports relevant quality system requirements. Understands and implements jobs in accordance with the company's standard work and quality standards.
~Licensed FAA Rigger.
Note: FAA Master Rigger Certification is desired but not required.
~Completion of High School or equivalent.
~Effective English comprehension and communication skills.
~Ability to interpret technical data.
~Knowledge of sewing machines and hand tools.
~Problem solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
~Minimum three (3) years experience as certified rigger.
Note: Minimum ten (10) years experience as certified Master Rigger.
