PARALEGAL NEEDED IN-HOUSE

Assist Attorney with Corporate transaction regarding the funds, i.e. Custodial Agreements: ISDA Agreements and other securities transaction. Monitor and oversee compliance with annual regulatory filings requirements for all offshore funds. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of corporate minute books for the Fund Launch-review draft of administration and transfer agency agreements.  Create and maintain electronic and hard copy files.  Prepare Anti-Money Laundering letter and certified documents.  Complete wind-up/transfer out checklist. Oversee the preparation of Due Diligence questionnaires. Recommend, develop and implement new procedures to maintain proper controls to ensure compliance with company policies. BA required, at least two years Corporate experience, extensive knowledge of word, excel, pp outlook Corp databases, Adobe Acrobat software a plus.
