NJ Corporation seeks Paralegal to support in-house attorney. Duties will include:
-Conduct research and resolve legal questions under the direction of an attorney.
-Engage in a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to those calling for judgment and independent initiative.
-Reviewing, editing and preparing draft agreements for attorney review on a wide range of business arrangements which include but are not limited to service agreements, confidentiality agreements, leases, outside sales representative agreements, licensing agreements and other commercial agreements
- Assist in document searches, reviews and productions in response to subpoenas and other process.
Required Skills/Experience
-- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; Considered experienced, but still a learner.
-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

--Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
-- Commitment to confidentiality.
-- Microsoft Office Suite.
-- Paralegal certificate and prior paralegal experience in a corporate legal office, law firm, or government legal department.
