Description:
Volt Mission Viejo has partnered with a leading company in the city of Orange to help identify a Paralegal/Legal Secretary for an immediate long term temp, possible temp to hire opportunity. In this role you will be responsible for providing general assistance and support to corporate litigation attorneys including, but not limited to, typing and word processing of pleadings, agreements, contracts, court forms, correspondences, and memoranda; performing legal research, answering phones and taking messages; calendaring; monitoring litigation and other files; record keeping; filing documents with the court; and documentation.

Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 4 years civil litigation experience, possess typing speed of at least 50 - 60 wpm and be computer literate in Word and Excel. Must have an understanding of corporate governance.
