DS Technology USA  is seeking an experienced Spare Parts & Logistic Manager for  machine tool components

 that is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

Process customer inquiries for customer service items and provide fixed price quotations to requestor.

Purchase of industrial machine tool components.

Work with suppliers, engineers and operations to resolve quality and delivery issues.

Coordinate with accounts payable and shipping/receiving regarding billing/returns/reconciliation,

and ensure that accounts payable records reflect returns

International Logistics

Importation / exportation customs  declarations

Resolution of  commercial issues

Requirements:

Must have 5 years experience in purchasing of industrial components for machine tools.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized, with strong interpersonal skills

Experienced in international logistics and importation / exportation  documentation

Experienced commercial negotiator

High level of PC proficiency, particularly Word and Excel.

Experience using ERP/MRP systems for planning and purchasing.

Ability to work toward goal achievement with minimal supervision.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

German language skills a plus
