Our 3-day Design Associate has all the advantage of a full time employee with a progressive salary and full benefits while enjoying a part-time schedule.  This position works every weekend and one other day of the week. 

Our Design Associates view the selling process as a problem-solving opportunity that allows them to build rich personal connections with our customer.  Room & Board is a non-commissioned sales environment which results in a sincere, collaborative and team-focused setting that sets us apart from other retailers.
