Job Description:
Maintain MAC OS X workstations and servers. Provide support to users of OS X. General knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and related technologies are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain MAC workstation images
- Maintain OS X Server
- Document IT procedures and methods
- Respond to support tickets of users
- Conduct and maintain necessary backups
Qualifications:
- ACDT preferred (ACTC is a plus)
- Strong verbal, writing and problem solving skills
- Experience in supervising others
