Duties:

·         Determine the cubic yard per load and payment/collection amount.

·         Prepare invoices for customers.

·         Answer questions pertaining to our products.

·         Handle pay transactions with credit cards, cash, or checks.

·         Answer the main phone line for the facility.

·         Create a centralized spreadsheet of contacts, addresses, phone numbers, etc. 

·         Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Requirements:

·         2+ years of experience in a customer service role.

·         Cubic Measurement skills a plus. 

·         Bi-lingual a plus.

·         Excellent customer service skills.

·         Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail skills.

·         High level of professionalism.

·         Ability to work with little supervision.

·         High level of confidentiality.
