This is a Part time consulting role. 24 hours per week. Day Shift
Helpdesk Analyst needed to support a base of 150 end users in a Windows XP environment
Requirements
3 years experience in a helpdesk or desktop support role, 50% phone support required
Excellent customer service skills required
Experience troubleshooting Windows 2000 Operating systems
Experience supporting Outlook email, calendaring, MS office suite, netscape, IE
Experience in remote access solutions such as Citrix and VPN
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP
Experience with PC imaging and deployment
Configure and troubleshoot Blackberries
Knowledge of ticketing software such as BMC, Remedy or Heat
Certifications
Nice to have: HDI cert
Responsibilities:
Resolve desktop problems via phone, desktop and remote control utilities
Assist customers with the resolution of all desktop computer related hardware and software problems, password resets and account unlocks
Coordinate problem resolution with the second and third level support staffs
Update and manage ticket/problem tracking data
