Part Time National Retail Field Representative - Yakima, WA
Responsible for the support of National Retail channel by increasing AT&T's presence in an assigned National Retail such as location, such as Best Buy, through assisting in the sales process, coaching, educating and training retail store personnel.
This is a Part Time position, weekends are mandatory.
Side by Side Selling
*Will act as a company representative at National Retail stores to provide support and engaging in side-by-side selling/shadowing during periods of high traffic ( Weekends, evenings, holidays, special events, grand openings, etc.
* Participate in events to build and strengthen the relationship with National Retailer Accounts.
Sales and Services Training
* Partners with store management and wireless sales personnel of National Retail to represent the AT&T product line and ensure AT&T gains mind share in assigned retail locations.
* This includes, but is not limited to: conducting role-plays and mentoring of sales associates on a regular basis to ensure offers and/or promotions initiated by accounts/company are flawlessly executed; customize and deliver training to fit the needs of each retailer; manage the roll-out of National Retail programs, tools and training.
* Facilitate in-store training program to ensure all store personnel are aware of the AT&T Advantage and how to most effectively position AT&T products and services.
* Formulate sales plans to meet and exceed specific sales objectives for each location.
* Serve as SME on incentives and support retailer in implementation and reinforcement of these promotions
Customer Service
* Serves as a liaison between the retail store and AT&T to identify and resolve issues.
* Service as a point of escalation for customer issues requiring higher-level attention than National retailers and/or Customer Service can provide.
* Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of all customer issues.
Self Management
* Proactively self-educate on AT&T offerings utilizing tools such as CSP, The Learning Edge, etc.
* Creates and submits store visit logs to ARSM on a daily basis. Actively participate in weekly meetings, conference calls and training sessions hosted by HQ National Retail account management team or local market leadership.
* Meets weekly or as needed with ARSM/RAM for feedback, scheduled visits and account management activities.
Position Qualifications
* High School graduate or equivalent
* Retail sales / customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and problem solving skills
* Must be able to work evenings and weekends
