Part-Time Sales & Marketing Intern

Market Force Information is seeking a Part-Time Sales & Marketing Intern for our Louisville, CO office. This position works in an administrative and tactical marketing capacity with the Director, Business Development to ensure the department’s goals and objectives are met. Strong project and time management skills, business acumen, creativity, and the ability to interface with various departments within the company and outside marketing partners is essential. This position reports to the Director, Business Development.  


 


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


 



  • Develop templates for RFP responses, including the development of a proposal database to shorten RFP and Presentation response cycles
  • Use developed templates to be the first line of RFP and Proposal generation 
  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of the SalesForce.com database
  • Co-develop and execute on demand generation campaigns (online marketing)
  • Help in managing the company’s website SEO
  • Coordinate and manage the SalesForce.com database
  • Generate sales reports through the programming of SalesForce.com, including weekly reports for the Sales Directors to the SVP, Sales and aggregate reports from the SVP, Sales to the President and CEO
  • Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations for prospect meetings
  • Manage all out going marketing materials, including letters and correspondence
  • Coordinate industry trade show events where needed

 


Qualifications:


 



  • Some marketing and/or finance experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with co-workers and the public
  • Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside the department
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems such as SalesForce.com, Act!, Sales Ally, LeadMaster.com  or others
