Advancial Federal Credit Union has an opportunity for a Part-Time Teller in our Mesquite Branch.  Must have high school diploma or equivalent.  Required experience includes 6 months cash handling, good customer service and communication skills. This position requires a candidate to be sales/service-oriented, self-motivated and to be able to work a variety of tasks under busy situations. Perform routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, etc.  Teller will be responsible for handling consumer loan requests and cross selling all the credit unions’ products and services.  Duties may include opening new accounts; checking, certificates, money markets and IRA accounts.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

It is a requirement of Advancial Federal Credit Union that our employees have credit current and in good standing, therefore background and credit checks will be required.  Credit must be in good standing with no collection, repossession, or charge off accounts.

Office hours are Mon., Tues., Thurs. hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and some Saturday hours will be required from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  Candidates will be required to work approximately 25 hours a week within the scheduled office hours.
