We are currently recruiting for the following entry-level opportunity in our corporate headquarters located in Horsham, PA: Part-Time Administrative Assistant The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years office experience; demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as is ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects. Key assets to success in this position are organizational skills, people skills, ability to take a project and follow through to completion, ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize. Must possess the willingness and ability to learn additional responsibilities. Must be a self-starter that is capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision. And finally, must have a confident, outgoing personality with initiative to get the job done. This is a part-time position which will be regularly scheduled from 2 PM to 5 PM Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturday Hours. Additional hours and availability may be required.
