Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a part time onsite/Recruiter/Sourcer working in the RTP and Durham area.
In this position candidates will be working no more that 20 hours per week splitting your time between our clients location and the Durham Branch office. This person must have some sales background and have recruiting skills in IT and Engineering. The hours are flexible each week. We will set up a monthly schedule. The right candidate will be selling our services to our client at the clients location and handling all onboarding of contractors from start to finish. This person will also be sourcing candidates for the Branch recruiting Team. Although curently this is a part time position it could turn into a full time position sometime in the future.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: 4year college degree required
Specific Experience: MUST HAVE STAFFING COMPANY EXPERIENCE
Specific Technology: Computer proficient in Microsoft Office
Soft Skills: Effective Communicator verbally
