The company requires an experienced Partner Account Manager to help expand our affiliate network in the USA and Canada in order to continue to deliver against Booking.com's ambitious expansion plans in the North American market.

The role also demands the ability to sell a multi-faceted product to key players in the industry, which requires a motivated self-starter with the ability to establish and foster relationships and influence decision makers at all levels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying websites with potential customers for hotel reservations
  • Negotiating and making deals by: affiliate model, pay per click models, web advertising and sponsored content
  • Analyzing activities, measuring success and reporting results
  • Managing relationships with partner sites
  • Monitoring market developments relevant to the travel web industry and Booking.com, researching and reporting on findings
  • Arranging and attending client meetings with key distributors in order to secure business


Required Skills

  • Commercial focus, sales driven, result oriented and a customer relationship manager.
  • Creative, persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & reporting skills
  • Self starter with an ability to work efficiently, effectively and independently.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Knowledge of other languages is a preference but not a must.


Required Experience

  • Business, marketing or other relevant bachelors degree
  • 3-6 years relevant work experience in an internet or online travel environment
