Formal
Training in Business Analysis practices with an International Institute of Business
Analysis (IIBA) certified training vendor.

Preference
given to those with IIBA Certification.
Prior Experience Preferred and Expected Expertise
·
More
than 10 years experience in the software industry with experience with the full
lifecycle
·
7-10
years of experience in delivery of business analysis on project teams. At least
5-7 years should have been spent as a dedicated business analyst working on
large and/or complex projects.

Strong
business analysis skills to include:
·
Experience
in planning and managing the overall requirements process and managing change
in requirements over the project lifecycle. Experience in establishing a
requirements baseline and in managing requirements traceability.
·
Strong
experience using standard requirements business analysis techniques to document
business, user, functional, quality of service and implementation requirements.
Techniques include but not limited to brainstorming, interviewing, requirements
sessions and document analysis, process modeling, conceptual data modeling, use
cases and wireframes. Excellent understanding of the IIBA Business Analysis
Body of Knowledge (BABOK).

Expertise
in validating final solution at the design stage and during User Acceptance
Testing.
·
Solid
knowledge of systems life cycle and organizational change management.
·
Excellent
oral and written communication skills, planning and execution skills,
collaboration skills, consensus building and facilitation.
·
Domain
knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable. The ability to
readily learn a scientific business area is essential
·
Comfortable
dealing with ambiguity.
