Description
Required Experience
From a doctor's practice, coordinates and ensures that all communication is maximized effectively related to key processes and coordination between the practice, health plan, and any disease management vendor(s). Employed by HealthSpring's Professional Corporation. Reviews and participates in audits of medical records. Implement and maintain process for member chronic disease identification. Assist with data collection related to proper coding and documentation. Collaborate with other Practice Coordinators, Physicians, and staff.
Required Experience
Minimum Requirements: Unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure in the applicable state; 1-3 years related experience in a healthcare environment, written and oral communication skills, handle multiple tasks, set priorities, develop action items, detailed oriented, works independently with minimum of supervision.
