We are seeking a Patent Agent/Attorney for our Fujitsu Patent Center, located in Alexandria, VA.
  • Process the target number of new patent applications and responses of Office Actions vis-à-vis USPTO, prioritizing according to factors that include levels of significance and urgency.  

  • As guided by a designated one of several categories of scrutiny, commensurately review formalities and substantive aspects in a timely manner to facilitate obtaining patent claim scopes that are defensive assets and/or offensive assets for Fujitsu.  

  • Provide advice to FJ patent group and its outside vendors on quality improvements to new patent applications and/or draft responses of Office Actions. 

  •  Support FJ's patent measures and policies. 


  • Registered patent Agent (vis-a-vis USPTO) at a minimum (if not JD).

  • 3+ years recent experience.

  • Some form of computer, electrical or mechanical technology, with fields related to computers preferred.
