Patent law office located in Tempe, Arizona is looking for patent attorney to join busy intellectual property practice in the technical areas of semiconductors, electronics, mechanical, optics, computer hardware and software, etc., for a wide variety of clients.  The ideal candidate will possess the following:

-          Electrical Engineering degree

-          Technical experience preferred

-          Registered to practice before the USPTO

-          1-3 years experience in patent and trademark prosecution

-          Licensed to practice in Arizona

Duties will include taking inventor disclosures, preparation of patent and trademark applications, responding to office actions in US and foreign applications, patent and trademark searching, infringement and validity opinions, licensing and litigation support.

Pay will be commensurate with experience.
