HSI Financial, LLC, a division of Phoenix Health Care Management Services, is searching for patient account representatives. This position is responsible for self pay collections and requires 100% PATIENT contact. Responsibilities include:
*Effectively working specified number of accounts each day through phone calls to patients
*Meeting or exceeding collections goals on a monthly basis
*Analyzing patient accounts and bringing to completion as soon as possible in an effort to lower A/R for client
*Maintaining appropriate call volumes on a daily basis
*Ensuring all accounts are properly documented
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of one year experience in self-pay medical collections. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to apply exemplary customer service skills internally and externally. Must have the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot outstanding account balances in order to achieve self pay collection goals. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and ever changing environment. Must be able to handle high phone volume through an automated dialer. CPAR certification highly desirable. Must be able to work some evenings and Saturday mornings.
