This position demands an energetic "go-getter" with an entrepreneurial spirit that is able to seamlessly juggle a large volume of both internal and external clients while overseeing branch operations and a field based staff.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE a minimum of 3-5 yrs in a customer service related industry, prior commercial cleaning, housekeeping and/or janitorial service management a plus!  Must be an energetic "go-getter" with a highly competitive spirit, an expertise in quickly building and retaining relationships, a keen eye for detail in upholding quality standards coupled with a service obsessed mentality.  Military experience highly desired.  Excellent communication skills, proficiency in all MS Office applications (will test) and exemplary organization and follow up skills. Must have valid driver's license, a clean driving record and auto insurance (all will be verified). 

Schedule will require the individual to work some evenings as well as occasional Saturdays as workload dictates; MUST be FLEXIBLE!
