Preventive Medicine, PC is looking for a full time Patient Care Coordinator.

    Responsibilities Include:

• Organizing the clinic and routing patients through their visit


• Routing


• Following and communicating doctor's order to staff and patient


• Making sure patient receives excellent patient care and service throughout their visit


• Monitoring and reducing patient wait times


• Maintaining a clean and organized work station


• Assisting in the physical therapy department as needed


• Managing Labor hours for their respective clinic


• Reporting to supervisors on labor, patient times, and office stats

    Requirements:

• Looking for self motivated, confident,decisive and mature individuals 


• Must be well-organized


• Must be able to manage in a fast paced environment


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Proficient with medical terminology


• Proficient with computers and computer software programs like Microsoft Office


• College Coursework preferred


• 2 years of relevant experience


• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
