If you're an enthusiastic, motivated, results-driven RN, LPN, PT, COTA, OT or ST with one year experience in an acute care setting or home health agency AND a passion for sales and education, this could be just what you've been looking for!

The successful candidate will assume responsibility for selling the SHC home health services in an assigned territory and educating the public regarding our comprehensive services.

Responsibilities include establishing, maintaining and developing  business relationships with existing and potential customers, audit and evaluate patient information and needs prior to home health admission and monitor all referrals within various facilities, e.g., hospitals, SNFs, ALFs and Rehab facilities.
