We are seeking a Patient Recruiter - Community Service Liaison for our Advance Phase division to work in our Atlanta, GA office location.
Responsibilities of this position include: |
Essential Functions
Performs all job responsibilities in accordance with ICH/GCP guidelines, CNS Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs), QA/QC procedures, OSHA regulations, state and local
regulations and individual protocol requirements where applicable.
Builds and maintains relationships with referral sources including but not limited to local
case management agencies, area hospitals, and area physicians.
Serves as a liaison between clinical trial candidates, case workers, family members, and CNS
to ensure continuity of care.
Identifies appropriate candidates for study participation and review protocol specific criteria
to determine eligibility.
Meets targeted number of monthly consented clients.
Facilitates study candidates’ transition from outpatient/inpatient treatment to study
participation ensuring that a client’s clinical and social needs are met.
Completes pre-screening informed consent and collection of all demographic information and
related data entry.
Identifies opportunities within the site’s metro area for promoting CNS’s mission and values
through business expansion.
Organizes and coordinates community outreach programs.
Develops or assists in developing advertising, where applicable, coordinates ad placement
with other site staff, keeps complete and accurate advertising schedules and maintains media
cost schedules in insure that recruitment costs are within the budgets provided by sponsor
companies.
If needed, arranges transportation to study site for patients who are interested in participating
in clinical trials and in need of transportation.
Performs additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
Education
· Bachelor’s Degree in a life or behavioral science or marketing field preferred
OR
Minimum Work Experience
Combination of college education, training and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job in lieu of Bachelor’s degree in designated field of study may be considered with approval from CNS Senior Management.

· Must be able to “sell” capabilities and build relationships with clients
· Ability to work independently and show creativity in role responsibilities
· Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
