Patient Service Representative 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work with patients by in person and by telephone. Assist them with securing benefits from Medicaid and charity programs. The goal is to help them receive coverage for their medical related expenses. Work with the agencies that provide the benefits and serve as a referral base for other services found in the community.  Other duties will be assigned by management.  

Schedule: Must be flexible, hours to be determined

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Degree is preferred but is not required
• Medicaid program knowledge is helpful
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Social Service experience is helpful
• Must be a good communicator
• Must have strong communication/customer service skills
• Must have valid driver's license and be willing to drive your own car
