My client in the King of Prussia area is looking to fill a Payment Processor/Accounts Payable role. Job duties will include: - Set-up Payees and Purchase Orders in SAP - Business One - Set payment recommendations for review and approval by the Manager - Financial Operations and the Director - Pharmaceutical Services Group - Process investigator grant payments and deliver these payments to domestic and international research sites - Process investigator site pass-through invoices (i.e. advertising, local IRB fees) by ensuring that these invoices are in compliance with the terms of the clinical trial agreement and the Purchase Order - Assist in the reconciliation of client bank accounts and support the monthly close activities of the Corporate Finance Department - Serve as central point of contact for investigator sites with questions regarding their payment Please send resumes to Dganitt Doolittle, dganitt.doolittle@roberthalf.com

Qualifications :
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Accounting; Minimum 3-5 years of prior accounts payable; Knowledge of foreign currency; Knowledge of the clinical trial process, a plus; Experience using SAP-Business One or another similar ERP system required; Prior experience at a biotechnology company, CRO, pharmaceutical company or other organization supporting research activities in a financial or data management / analysis capacity preferred
