Growing Home Healthcare Agency located in North Houston area seeks experienced and detailed Payroll Accountant to assist in important accounting duties that will support our high growth company.  Complete payroll for 450+ employees, bill for services, a/p and general accounting duties.  Require experience in internal payroll processing (not oursourced) and prefer experience in Great Plains Dynamics, a/p, a/r and general ledger.  Must be professional, detail oriented, dependable and willing to work in our fast pasted teamwork environment.

Specific Payroll responsibility -

• Participate in bi-weekly payroll process for over 450 employees and over 150 EIN's
• Prepare and reconcile State and Federal tax liabilities with 940/941/TWC
• Complete Journal Entries
• Process employee hours for check balance before printing checks
• W-2 year end reporting

Compensation depends on experience.
