Aegis USA, Inc., a leader in the telecommunications industry, seeks a Payroll Administrator with high energy, focus and a commitment to exceeding expectations for our Irving, Texas, Corporate office.
Job Description: The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing payroll within prescribed timelines and with accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
· Proficiency paying a minimum of 150 employees and with paying contract laborers through the payroll system
· Strong experience using Excel
· Strong accounting and math skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
Background Requirements:
§ High School diploma or GED required; preference given to applicants with Bachelor’s degree and/or additional certification
§ 3-5 years experience producing payroll using ADP software
§ 3-5 years experience processing payroll for employees in the state of California, with corresponding knowledge of California payroll laws
§ Experience paying expatriates
