Job Description

A growing Manufacturer and Distributor of Flooring/Carpeting located in Bergen County is currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator that has experience dealing with Certified Payrolls. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for processing complex weekly multi-state, multi-company union and non-union payroll. You will prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly payroll journals and reconciliations, reconciles labor costs to payroll salary costs, handle employee payroll and tax-related correspondence, complaints & inquiries etc. ADP Pay Expert is preferred but will look at other ADP software knowledge. Qualifications :
