Position Summary:
Provide professional analysis, financial control, and support to payroll office operation.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Develop and maintain applicable control and procedures of systems interfaces.
· Process changes and adjustments and assist in payroll processing by analyzing the transaction reports.
· Assist in systems implementations, testing, and upgrades.
· Assist other departments with service and information requests.
· Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and resolves any issues.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
· Must be able to maintain confidentiality and work in a deadline-driven environment.
· Must be detail oriented, accurate, and have effective communication skills.
· Experienced with ADP systems.
· Must be proficient in system/PC applications.
· Must have excellent customer service skills and strong analytical ability.
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
· Bachelors Degree
· 2-4 years of payroll work experience
