Andover-based enterprise software company that specializes in HR and payroll solutions is looking for a Payroll Business Analyst.  Qualified candidate would have 3-5 years of business analysis experience and be an expert in the field of payroll.  This person must have strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills as well. A CPP certification would be a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analysis, design, testing and implementation
* write release notes and documentations
* Conduct meetings and work closely with clients to identify product improvements
* Act as a liaison between onsite development and offshore development
* Contribute to functional strategy
* Develop expert level understanding of their product suite and it's uses

Any exposure to SQL, Java or XML would be a plus.  With your extensive knowledge of payroll, you will also be looked at to train/mentor other business analysts on payroll.  There will also be some limited travel at the beginning to train in the first couple of months out at their west coast location.  If you are interested, please apply immediately as they are actively interviewing.
