My client is a growing company and they are seeking a strong Payroll Coordinator for their corporate headquarters in Pasadena, MD. My client promotes a fun work environment and has some different perks that most employers do not offer. This position reports directly to the CFO.
The ideal candidate must have experience with ADP Payroll Systems, strong knowledge of Debits & Credits, Payroll Journal Entries, PTO/vacation administration, and reconciliations. Experience with Accounting (AP, AR) is a plus.
Job Responsibilities: Process Payroll utilizing ADP Payroll System. This includes entering hours from time cards and PTO forms, point of contact for all payroll related matters, participate in the monthly close process and perform account reconciliations, prepare and book journal entries, and basic accounting skills.
Required Experience: 4-5+ years
Annual compensation is $40k-45k
