This position is responsible for processing payroll for 1500+ multi-state, multi-entity employees, issuance of manual checks, employee management and guidance. 

Responsibilities

• Timely submission & distribution of multi-state payroll using ADP Pay force and eTIME
• Responsible for the administration of the bi-weekly multi-state payroll which includes auditing and maximizing payroll functions and managing system changes
• Ensures payrolls are run accurately and effectively
• Create and download custom files and reports
• Audit electronic timesheets
• Assist all levels of employees with questions
• Work closely with Human Resources on employee changes
• Administration and maintenance of Amylim’s time & attendance system (eTIME)

Requirements

• High school diploma 
• Minimal of 3 years of multi-state payroll experience with ADP (preferably ADP Payforce & eTIME) 
• Strong customer service and organization skills required
• Excellent communication & problem solving skills a must
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Requires excellent analytical and system skills needed to identify issues and suggest solutions
• Auditing and reporting experience is required
• Familiarity with Leave of Absence employee processing
• Ability to multi task in a busy payroll department
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office- advance Excel preferred
• Experience with ADP Business Objects Reporting System
• Attention to detail and excellent communication is a must
• Deep knowledge of technical aspects of payroll systems
