Payroll Connect is one of the Benefitfocus Employer Solutions that allows employee benefits data to be added directly to eEnrollment with the appropriate payroll deduction amounts. The Benefitfocus Payroll application eliminates duplication of employee information and ensures the accuracy of payroll data.
The Payroll Implementation Manager will work with the Employer Product and Implementation teams, Client Services teams, the Benefitfocus eExchange team and the Quality Assurance teams. You will be responsible for writing business requirement, writing design specifications, managing map development and performing quality assurance software testing.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple relationships with Employer Groups
- Act as liaison/facilitator across technical and operational departments
- Coordinate project responsibilities and maintain implementation timelines
- Lead requirements gathering discussions and provide requirements documentation for external dissemination
- Lead discussions in business process changes
- Create and facilitate presentations with Payroll Employer clients
- Maintain Benefitfocus products certification status
- Maintain Payroll Certification
Experience and Skills:
- BA/BS degree
- Current Payroll Certification
- Previous work experience in a Business Analyst role writing business requirements and design specifications for highly customizable software applications
- Must have expertise in working with large scale payroll systems
- Knowledge of benefit plans/structures
- A proven track record in Project Management, Client Management and Business Application Implementation
- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment preferred
- Knowledge of technical development and SDLC methodologies
- Able to write technical and operational process documents
