In this fantastic opportunity with this financially stable company in North Dallas, you will be responsible for HR systems management. You will primarily be responsible for all US payroll related activities and processes that result in accurate and timely payment of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Standardize payroll processes, implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Develop all tasks necessary to accomplish the organization's Human Resource objectives as well as being responsible for all payroll related regulatory/statutory compliance and reporting
- Full payroll cycle management from hours received to check processing and distribution
- Advanced payroll accounting and reconciliation
- Managing payroll in complex union environment
- Compliance reporting
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive payroll and reconciliation experience
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of and experience with Oracle HR/Payroll module
- Experience managing payroll in union environment
- Advanced knowledge of federal & state payroll laws and regulations
- Oracle Discoverer Reporting preferred
