Payroll Processing Specialist

Heartland Payroll Company is looking for a highly motivated person to join our Payroll team. We are looking for someone who would like a fulfilling career with a growing company. The Payroll Processing Specialist will work as part of a team in a fast-paced enviroment.
Primary Duties:
- Work with new clients to ensure a smooth transistion from previous payroll processing provider.
- Establishes relations with client to help determine needs.
- Data entry for employee and tax information.
- Trains client on usage of the payroll product.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of previous Payroll/Payroll Tax Processing, Accounting or High level Client Relations experience required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within constant deadlines
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of PCs, Microsoft Office Products and Internet.
- Will require flexible schedule during high volume periods particularly during quarter-end and year-end
