AlphaStaff, a leading human resources outsourcing provider, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join its growing team.

Position Summary

The talented individual chosen for this elite role will contribute to AlphaStaff's success. He/she will compile payroll data and generate paychecks for assigned AlphaStaff clients while providing excellent customer service.

The Payroll Specialist will be a key member of the payroll team and will work closely with other departments internally, such as accounting and benefits. This is to ensure paychecks include all deductions and are accurate in terms of pay wage and hours worked for a high volume number of employees.

Experience: 

A minimum of 2 years large volume, multi-state payroll experience.

Candidates must have top notch interpersonal and customer service skills.  

This team player must possess organizational skills in order to multi-task and prioritize, and most importantly meet deadlines.

Excellent oral, written and presentation skills are a must.

Qualified applicants will have a solid work history and be able to provide positive work references.
