We invite ongoing applications for Physical Therapists in our preschools and homebased programs located throughout Bronx and Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
* Provide physical therapy to assigned children
* Evaluate and monitor progress of assigned children in the areas of gross motor, fine motor, perceptual and self help development
* Maintain proper documentation of evaluation, treatment session and progress of children
* Prepare individual plans and update as necessary
* Provide consultation regarding positioning, fine motor, sensory development and feeding
* Assist in orthotics, podiatry and adaptive clinics when necessary
* Maintain open communication with parents and families
Qualifications:
* BS/BA Degree from accredited school, recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
* NYS Licensed

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST OR CLINICAL SPEECH FELLOW
SLP or CFY opportunity for a community based program.
Focusing on a pediatric population, therapist will see patients both in community/ school-based settings and in some home-based early intervention evaluations. Travel between sites is required. Candidates with pediatric and/or school-based experience are desired.
Great opportunity for candidates with pediatric experience or for candidates in their CFY year.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MS degree in Communication Disorders; CFY's encouraged to
apply. Ability to work with a population birth to five years. NYS licensed or eligible.
