Experience designing and implementing Peoplesoft ERP systems dealing with: Financial general ledger accounts payable fixed assets accounts receivable project accounting grants management (rare skill / hard to find) Supply Chain strategic sourcing procurement receiving inventory management distribution warehousing Human Capital Management hr admin benefits eBenefits payroll employee / manager self-service recruiting learning management Experience managing large proposal development teams and implementation teams (10-30 resources, $15-30M program or larger ) through IT strategy initiatives, business application implementations, middleware implementations, application requirements, design, development, and testing while leveraging overall technical architecture knowledge. Proven track record in developing client relationships, developing new business, and delivering projects. Extensive project management experience including project staffing, budgeting, planning, reporting and updating status. Experience in finance transformation, shared services, outsourcing, restructuring and merger integration as it related to Peoplesoft ERP systems and implementation. Ability to develop a business vision and lead implementation efforts. Experience with practice management including recruitment, development and management of people. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience with executive-level communication. Industry Experience in the Healthcare sector.
